We know that the key to a successful project is in the planning. Creating a project plan is the first thing we do when undertaking any kind of project.

We combine both traditional project management with Agile methodologies.  A traditional aproach involves disciplined and deliberate planning and control methods, tasks are completed one after another in an orderly sequence, requiring the project to be planned up front.  We combine this with Agile techniques which allow us to manage changes and be more flexible and responsive. 

While we plan all projects in advance we also create closely worked contingency plans in response to our daily reviews of all work in progress, with these the project delivery plan is developed and adapted accordingly.  We do this using tools like Active Collaboration:
